Brief Description
Diamond (70 years) Jubilee booklet with history of school on land set aside by James Runciman on his 'Marshmeadows' property between Cambridge and Hamilton East. Early pupils were from the families of Manktelow, Allwood, Runciman. A photo of girls in 1894 with teacher Miss M J Allely included Lily Levis, Lizzie Taylor, Louie Libeau, Goldie Graham, Lizzie Delaney, Maggie Taylor, Mary Baker, Chris Taylor; Maggie Graham, Minnie Baker, Lucy Manktelow, Dolly Levis; Effie Kay, Edith Eyre, Amy Manktelow, Alice Delaney, Lily Manktelow, Maggie Delaney; Aggie Delaney and Mercy Baker.
Booklet included programme of Jubilee held on 4 November 1950.
