Contents also included postal rates, Names and Their Meanings, Wedding Etiquette, Household Hints, Party Games, The Electrical Age, Gardening Hints, Farm Notes, The lamb trade etc. etc. About Cambridge it says, 'If there is one town in the North Island that can be likened to an English rural town it is Cambridge, for in addition to a delightful situation on the bank of the Waikato River where that waterway curves to the west, it has been endowed with the results of a very practical foresight by the earlier settlers.'
