Brief Description
Souvenir programme for Social held in the Cambridge Town Hall 17 December 1913 for the Contingent of Special Constables who left from Cambridge to man the Auckland waterfront during the Strike.
Dances were Waltz, Lancers, and D'Alberts. Girls' names written in pencil beside the dances.
Speeches were made and items given by the Cambridge Orchestra, Mr George Warren, Mr Grimshaw, Mr H W Smales, Madame Isherwood, Mrs Boston Couper and Miss Cannon and Captain Dawson. Leo Isherwood was the Master of Ceremonies.
