Women | 1913 Strike
Norm married Violet nee Creighton on 12 May 1937 and they came to Cambridge from Putaruru in 1945. He spent most of his working life in the building trade.
Norm served 21 years on Council, as a councillor from 1955 - 1962 and 1965 - 1969, then as Mayor from 1969 to 1977 and 1983 to 1985 when he retired.
